We're looking for a Construction Management Degree Apprentice to join our Kier Construction team based in Aylesford, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Construction Site Management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £19,000 per annum - with salary earning potential of £38k+ upon completion of the course!
Start date: September 2025
How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Construction Management Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Construction Site Management with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, all tuition, and accommodation fees covered by us.
Your day to day will include:
- Assisting in the responsibility of a project section or work package where you'll manage the on-site health, safety, and quality.
- Working alongside the wider construction teams and report on the progress of any projects, whilst also liaising with third parties such as councils, utilities, and sub-contractors
- Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course.
What are we looking for?
To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
- Level 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
- 2 A-Levels
- Level 3 BTEC National Certificate / Diploma / Extended Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a construction related topic
- Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications will also be considered, preferably with some work experience.
If you already hold a degree (or equivalent) related to this programme, then you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship due to funding regulations)
