We're looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Group Functions team based in Rushden, Northampton, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Rushden, Northampton
Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Salary: £16770 per annum
How does an apprenticeship work?
As a Business Administration Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Group Functions team to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes, as well as improving reporting capabilities and analysing data.
Your day to day will include:
- Responding to system queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of videos for communication and training purposes using AI software
- Updating, building and maintaining data and reports using SQL and PowerBI
- Mining and documentation of processes for our transactional teams
What are we looking for?
The role of Business Administration Apprentice is great for you if:
- Hold 2 A levels or a equivalent
- Have knowledge of using Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently
- Possess excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
