We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Transportation team based on the A417 Missing Link Road in Gloucester to assist the Commercial function in the Structures and Earthworks Teams. You must be flexible in hours of work and travel.

Location: Gloucester - some remote working available, with travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Salary: £28,500 - £38,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll will help support the delivery of structures, earthworks, drainage and highway works.

Your day to day will include:
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across a range of levels
- Subcontract payment administration
- Provide commercial admin support to the Commercial Team
- NEC4 awareness
What are we looking for?
This role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor is great if you have:
- Holds the relevant qualifications
- Experience within a similar role in the Construction/Highways Industry
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel and comfortable processing large sets of data
