We're looking for an Asset Manager to join our Central Government account based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke - On site
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Full Time
Responsibilities
As an Asset Manager, you'll be working within the Government contracts team, supporting them overseeing the direction and management of the asset management of the portfolio.
Your day to day will include:
- Management of portfolio asset base
- Management of asset changes within the contract asset list
- Management and production of FMR for the contract
- Liaison with project team to ensure handover of newly installed assets is captured into planned maintenance tasks
What are we looking for?
This role of Asset Manager is great for you if:
- You have extensive experience in a related role
- You have experience within the Justice sector
- You have experience of hard services asset management is essential
- you have a Full, Clean driving license as travel is required
