- Construction Planning & Documentation: Support the Section Manager in developing construction strategies, logistics, and sequencing. Oversee the preparation and implementation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection and Test Plans, and pre-commencement documentation.
- Stakeholder & Commercial Interface: Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and third parties. Collaborate with the commercial team on cost control, change management, and subcontractor performance, while maintaining accurate site records and quality assurance documentation.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Contribute to risk management, constructability reviews, and value engineering. Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and wellbeing, ensuring all works comply with environmental and regulatory standards.
