We're looking for an Administrator to join our Transportation team based in Tebay, Cumbria.  In this role you will provide administrative support to the project team and senior management

Location: Tebay, Cumbria – site based 5 days per week

Contract: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per year + great benefits

 

Responsibilities

As an Administrator you'll ensure the smooth running of an office reception, multiple meeting rooms and the administration within the project.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing multiple Outlook and Teams calendars for the senior management team and for meeting rooms/facilities
  • Ensuring meeting rooms in the Tebay and associated project offices are utilised effectively
  • Assisting with meeting room technology where required
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring all safety procedures are followed

This role of Administrator is great if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent advanced IT skills in Microsoft
  • An enthusiastic approach to working in a collaborative, growing and changing environments
