We're looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our Transportation team. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team. The position is primarily remote working, with occasional travel to the office as needed.

Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: Fulltime, 9 months Fixed Term Contract - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As an Administration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the function by producing accurate reports and managing central administrative tasks efficiently
Your day to day will include:
- Fulfil administrative activities and reporting to ensure that mandatory compliance training is completed by employees within the Transportation business
- Working alongside the corporate team to assist the administration around our development programmes through Group and Kier Transportation activities
- Assist the corporate Learning and Development Function with administration (including purchase orders and re-charging) where Group initiatives are rolled out
- Deliver overarching support for Transportation Learning Hub across contracts and the supply chain
- Support with administration of training evaluation, to ensure that feedback is received and acted upon (where appropriate) in a timely manner
What are we looking for?
This role of Administration Coordinator is great if you:
- Can utilise Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams to log information, create reports and provide accurate data
- Understand and have experience operating a learning management system
- Have an understanding of the core training requirements within the Transportation business
