We're looking for a Pre- Construction Apprentice to join our Construction team based in Rushden, Northampton, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Construction Support Technician.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Rushden, Northampton 

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Salary: £16770

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a Pre-Construction Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Construction Support Technician, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Construction Team team to deliver buildings that are key to the UK's infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

• Working across the pre-construction departments (marketing, submissions, estimating and bid management)
• Assisting the team with internal and external communications, as well adopting digital platforms for reporting of progress
• Supporting the estimating team with compiling and issuing of tender enquiries to the supply chain

The role of Pre-Construction Apprentice is great for you if:

• Hold 2 A-Levels or equivalent
• Willing to learn
• Self-motivated, punctual and organised
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
