We're looking for a Workflow Coordinator to join our Transportation team based in Glastonbury. Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Workflow Coordinator, you'll be working in the Programme team, supporting them in planning and scheduling signing, lighting and guarding (SLG) related work in the Works Manager System (WMS) system ensuring a high level of service and accuracy is undertaken throughout the end to end process. Maintaining and updating all work systems, including SLG related email accounts daily. Providing assistance to the Commercial team when we are completing SLG works via photographic substantiation supporting recovery of cost. Managing changes to SLG scope with the client and adapting future programmes accordingly. Undertaking performance related data administration support in the WMS system, checking supply chain partners are delivering carrying out works to instruction, capturing required documentation and checking records are being kept in accordance with the clients requirements.
- Daily scheduling of SLG works to gang devices ensuring programme delivery, batching works within WMS system to programme efficiently
- Liaising with the client, third parties, and other Kier departments creating collaborative working and transparency of programme delivery and status
- Monitoring return of TM materials when completing SLG work item, storing and recording when and where they are held mitigating stock leakage
- Working with commercial staff, providing operational delivery information
- Supporting daily administration and reporting of the triage data, SLA data, and LSD exemption data, maintaining job records accurately and up to date
