We're looking for an Information Manager to join us on a Major Project at Devonport dockyard in Plymouth, Devon where we are refurbishing the Royal Navy dockyard.
Location: Devonport, Plymouth. 4-5 days a week on site with some remote working available when possible.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
As an Information Manager, you'll be working as a subject matter expert for the supply chain's information management.
Your day to day will include:
- Providing training and guidance to KBJV team in procuring suppliers and managing information correctly.
- Understanding the hardware and software requirements on the project and communicating with the BIM Lead and Project information Manager.
- Reviewing responses to the prequalifying questionnaire (PQQ) sent out to suppliers prior to tender.
- Performing audits on existing supply chain
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Manager is great for you if:
- Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO9001 and Cyber essentials.
- Be a member of one or more of the following, The Security Institute (SyI), The Register of Chartered Security Professionals (CSyP), UK Cyber Security Council (UKCSC) or Register of Security Engineers and Specialists (RSES)
