We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in Heathrow.

Location: 450 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow, Greater London, UB7 0EB

Hours: 41.5 Hours per week – Some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in maximising planned gross margins on projects through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts.

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting with the assessment, review and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks and the implementation of Kier Group's policies for risk management
• Supporting with the compilation and the submission of project variations.
• Supporting the maximization of cash flow through the control, measurement (including quality) and valuation of work, and payment of suppliers.
