We're looking for an Administrator to join our Anglian Water team based in Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
In this role, you will be working on the Anglian Water IOS (integrated operational solutions) alliance who work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs spanning across the Anglian Water region.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator you'll be supporting the construction team with updating documentation, archiving and preparation of files. You'll work closely with the Scheduling Team Leader, Construction Managers & Resource Manager as well as the wider team.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the construction team with data entry, ability to manage data and accurately trasnfer into systems and databases
- Providing support to the IOS team as required
- Assist with the management of office consumables, PPE and updating local notice boards
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience within an administrative or supporting post
- Excellent IT & organisational skills
- Experience working within a customer facing environment within an admin function
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
