We're currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Centre. This role will act as the first point of contact for all HR administration queries and process a wide range of employee lifecycle transactions and deliver an efficient HR administration on a right first time basis.

 

Location: Flexible, with hybrid working and travel to Rushden, Northamptonshire once a week

Contract: Fixed Term contract - 6Months, full-time, able to consider part-time opportunities

 

Responsibilities

As a HR Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Being the first point of contact for HR Shared Service queries in relation to terms and conditions, pay and other HR related topics
  • Processing employee lifecycle changes on a right first-time basis adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
  • Producing and issuing correspondence to employees in respect of changes to employment terms
  • Contributing to project and working groups when required
  • Escalating issues or delays impacting on case resolution when required
  • Managing and responding to cases raised by internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Adhering to the team's SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

 

What are we looking for?

 

This role of HR Administrator is great for you if you have:

  • Previous experience of working within a HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role
  • Met quality standards and can effectively complete work on a right first-time basis
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • High accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft office including Word and Excel and adaptable and flexible in times of change
  • A commitment to working within the team to effectively support the needs of the business and able to work on own initiative
