For graduate vacancies, this will be either a virtual or in-person half day assessment centre. Placement vacancies will be just an interview with the hiring team. These are a great opportunity for you to meet your potential line managers, network with other graduates and gain a strong understanding of Kier as a business. The days consist of a combination of team and individual exercises.

Don’t forget this is also an opportunity for you to understand more about Kier as a business, and come prepared with questions to ask our assessors to understand more about the work we do and our culture.
