We're looking for a HR Manager to join our HR Shared Service Centre looking after our Employee Lifecyle Teams (HR Core Admin and HR Advisors)
Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available, with travel to the Rushden Office required 1-2 Days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Manager, you'll be working within the HR Shared Service Centre, supporting them in the Management of the HR Core admin team and HR Advisors .
Your day to day will include:
- Overseeing the Employee Lifecycle teams in delivering a first-class service, ensuring SLA's (Service Level Agreements), KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and critical payroll deadlines are met
- Driving a right first-time culture within your teams, ensuring accurate employee records and candidate files are maintained at all times in line with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) principles
- Work with the teams to drive process improvements, exploring opportunities to drive efficiencies, simplification and automation
- Play a key role in supporting and leading on projects that support activity within the HRSS, and the wider businesses
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Manager is great for you if:
- Previous experience of working within an HR Shared Service Centre customer focused environment or a similar high-volume setting
- Proven experience in managing teams, to include carrying out reviews, 1-2-1s and other managerial tasks
- Confident and self-organised individual with a professional and responsible attitude.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
