Job Title: Graduate Construction Manager
Location: Plymouth/Western & Wales, Witham/Essex, Crawley/West Sussex, Solent/Hampshire, Maple Cross/Hertfordshire, Basingstoke/Hampshire Or Harlow/ Essex – You will be expected to travel regionally.

Our building expertise covers a whole spectrum of industry requirements, from our public-sector clients across core sectors like health, education, heritage and leisure through to core commercial work for private clients in sectors like industrial, offices, retail and residential.

Job responsibilities

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters in for your project. You will assist the commercial team in setting target costs and form close relationships with designers, subcontractors and integrated team colleagues.
During your 2-year graduate development programme we'll dedicate time and resources needed to give you the best experience possible. We'll support you with formal learning, as well as the professional development in order for you to excel.

What do we need from you?

To really make the most of this opportunity, you will have a passion for working within our Construction business, flexible with travelling to various projects within the region and you will have completed your degree by September 2021, with an actual or predicted grade of a 2:1 or above in a construction management or construction project management related subject programme that must be accredited by a professional body. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence, as the role will require travel.
